  • Need help from friends

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS?  Since I changed my theme a long time ago I can put any HTML code into my site here.  I keep getting this message when I try to put in any code. I'm more than willing to change my theme.


    "Your section contained code not allowed in the new custom module"


    Any suggestions would be so greatly appreciated ...  262-338-0922

  • Hmmmm... not sure.  I'm still using the old version before themes were created.  I hope you figure this out!  ~ Dawn

  • Maybe that's my problem I need to somehow revert back to the old version without the themes.  I love the themes though...   ... what to do ....

    We signed up for the enxt convention in Vegas ... I can't wait.  My friend Nikki is probably going too. She works for us now.  She watched our video we got from you and Bob; she loved it!! 

  • What are you trying to do?  Javascript is still broken in themes and the html code needs to be clean/lean.  

  • So that means i would have to switch back to the old version with no theme??   Can I even do that??

  • What I want to do was make a box with my favorite websites and stuff like that.  I also have a code I wanted to use to allow people to sign up for our newsletter.  Also we are members of differnt associations and I wanted to be able to insert their logos.   

    Any suggestions????

  • @ambiancestudios - Next time you should "reply" back to my comment, so Xanga can notify me.  Create a "custom html" box in your theme editor and edit the box to enter custom html codes.  Check out http://www.webmonkey.com/reference/HTML_Cheatsheet for html cheats.  Hope that helps.  

  • Thanks for your reply.  :)   I have a feeling my theme won't allow me to do this....    it makes me sad because I like how everything is nice and neat in this theme.  WHEN are they going to fix the java script already ... I'm wondering if I should consider switching my blog to somewhere else ....

  • Also it seems like they no longer have the option to send our blog post to all of our firends anymore. At least its missing in mine when I post something new in to blog. I was so suprised when I didn't hear any comments on the post i did about the flower girl having a heart transplant at 9 days old.  She was such a miracle baby!!
