Lense replacement surgery
Yaaaah; I went last week Thursday for the first eye and go back this week for my other eye. I had lense replacement surgery instead of the lasik eye surgery. It's similar to caterac surgery only better!! I won't ever need anything again, notm even readers. They took out my lense out and out in a new lense. Right now my vision is blurry because one eye is not corrected yet. I have to type with one eye closed to see more clearly... lol. It's awsome; I love it!!

@lastoriafoto - Thanks dawn, I'm so ready for warmer weather. This cold and over abundance of snow is realy getting old. Counting the days ... lol. Can't wait to get together with you and Bob.

I am so happy for you! I want to have that done so badly. When Gary got it done here in Indiana I called his doctor to see the price......woah! I wish insurance helped cover it more than 15%. Well maybe some day I can ditch these glasses.
@mrshaase - Sometime you can get insurance to cover a larger percentage. Something about if you let them know the year before you have it done and money is set aside or something,. I'm not sure what it is called. I didn't want to wait. My surgery cost about $10,000, but it was so worth it to me. I'll never need readers either. Plus you can apply for a no interest payment plan, its so worth it. It wasn't lasik, it was lense replacement ...and it didn't hurt ....
