We had the pleasure of photographing Matt and Miranda's Wedding on Oct. 18th, 2008. What a great couple. We truely enjoyed being a part of their special day!! Meet 1 year old Charis. We did Matt and Miranda's wedding on October 18th, 08 and was introduced to this precious child. We were told that at 9 days old she underwent a heart transplant!! What a precious gift; she is beautiful and a miracle in everyway. She is truley a gift from God. I could not stop taking pictures of her; she has such a beautiful smile and is so blessed to be here today. I remember after dinner she started crying and I went up and started playing peek a boo with her and she started smiling and laughing right away. She is so adorable!! Thank you God for this miracle.

We did Nikki and Nick's wedding a couple months ago and Nikki asked about doing a Trash the Dress Session months before her wedding. She said why not, I'll have all these great images and her dress didn't get wrecked at all. We did the Trash the dress session with Nikki 2 weeks after her Wedding. I don't believe we trashed the dress at all.

Everyone may remember Adam and Julie Bares - Lemke. We did Adam and Julie's Wedding Photography and Julie and her Mom came in the other day with her daughter Lily. She is just so adorable, always smiling!! Lily even let me hold her, a lot of times little ones just don't want to leave Mama's arms. What a happy baby, just adorable!!

Wedding MBA notified us two weeks ago that our brides nominated Ambiance Studios Photography for a Crème de la Crème Wedding Award. Then they notified us yesterday that we won!! I'm excited and bummed at the same time. We were nominated and won; but they gave us such a short notice I don't think we will be able to attend. What to do .......

Meet Brooke and Chris and their cute little puppy Lana. We met Brooke's Mother at a bridal show earlier this year and they all came in to sign a contract. We'll be shooting their wedding in August 2009. There was a bad storm outside so we had Chris bring their little puppy in as we were concerned the thunder and lighting was scaring her. Their puppy Lana was so cute that we had to get a few pictures right away.
Well we had to leave the beautiful 76 degree weather in Las Vegas and come back to a snow storm that shut everything down. The good news is we returned before the storm hit. We have a lot to blog about. We shot a 2 day wedding, plus attended our annual WPPI convention. 8 days and 7 nights in Vegas is long; it's great to be back home. (snow or no snow)
We made some great new friends all over the world and bought some more new toys for our business. 2 new lenses, lots of software and more software, my Boda bag thanks to Bob Davis for introducing me to it, a new pelican case to protect our equiptment for our upcoming destination wedding in Jamacia, and so much more. I know Brides are overwhelmed when they go to bridal shows, try going through 3 tradeshow rooms full of all kinds of great stuff!! The show was awesome; we can't wait to shoot our next wedding. I'll be posting images and more soon.
